Again, in the climax - after he turns up - Deadpool tries to convince Colossus that breaking the rules is sometimes necessary. And as he's setting him up to fight Juggernaut he tells him to fight dirty by saying it's "Time to sweep the leg, Jonny" in reference to the end of The Karate Kid.
