21. The Cure For Blindness
After his heart-to-heart with Weasel, Wade heads back to the apartment he shares with Blind Al (Leslie Uggams) and immediately opens up the floorboards to retrieve his giant stash of cocaine, which he subsequently huffs before attempting to kill himself.
However, for a split second, you can see a box underneath all the coke labelled "The cure for blindness", which Wade promptly ignores in favour of the white stuff.
If you haven't seen the first movie in a while, you might've missed that this is in fact a callback to a line from the original, where Wade tells Al about 116 kilos of cocaine stashed somewhere in the apartment, next to the cure for blindness of course.
Rather than give the cure to Al ahead of his suicidal act, though, he blows himself to smithereens. That's such a Deadpool thing to do.
