You might not recognise his face or the actor's name (or even really remember the character's surname), but Sergei plays an important role in Deadpool 2 (who adds more to the plot than any of the three characters below him in this ranking).

The meth boss (as he's billed on IMDB) is played by stuntman Thayr Harris and represents Deadpool's biggest regret. Because he allows him to get into his safe room, he's then able to come back and kill Vanessa to turn 'Pool's world upside down.
Sergei basically has one job - to make the audience hate him - and despite only a few words in the script and limited screen-time, he manages it better than any of the villains in the first movie.
