The trailer frequently shows both Deadpool and Cable squaring off against an outfit known only as the "DMC", which is most likely an acronym for "Department of Mutant Control" or something similar, considering that they're clearly keen to attack and capture mutantkind.

It's not exactly a leap to suggest that the DMC will serve as a common enemy for Deadpool and Cable, and they'll reluctantly team up to take it down. Fingers crossed there's also a compelling main antagonist behind the organisation.
