14. Chris Evans' Human Torch

One of the biggest surprise cameos in the movie is that of Chris Evans, who shows up in the Void and initially appears to be playing a variant of Captain America.

Except, moments later he shouts "Flame on!" and is revealed to in fact be the Fantastic Four's Human Torch, Johnny Storm.

Given that Evans' role in Fox's Fantastic Four movies basically feels like a lifetime ago at this point, it was certainly jarring to see him reprise that role - and certainly to see him cursing like a sailor in that riotous post-credits scene.
