9. Fantasia

According to cinematographer Ben Davis, Disney's experimental film Fantasia was a major visual influence on the film:

"It has a very psychedelic grounding, and most of the work is about other dimensions."

Strictly speaking, as a fan of Fantasia, I'd say Strange's weird worlds are a lot more like Fantasia 2000, which was another level of psychedelia.

There's definitely something of Cheranbog in Dormammu's design too...
