1. Danny Elfman's AWESOME Musical Score

One of the movie's true unsung heroes is undeniably composer Danny Elfman, who continues his long-standing working relationship with Sam Raimi by scoring yet another of his blockbuster films.

Elfman takes full advantage of the movie's more adventurous tone to deliver a score that's similarly dynamic and at times unpredictable.

Elfman's work shines best during the film's divergences into horror, where he clearly relishes cranking up the orchestral thrall and bathing in the OTT campiness of it all.

While MCU scores as a whole are still rather odd concoctions given the lack of catchy themes and leitmotifs for their frontline heroes, Elfman's operatic stylings are a note-perfect fit for Multiverse of Madness' bombastic style.
