Again, this dynamic between The Ancient One and Strange feels a lot like Morpheus explaining the powers of the Matrix to Neo.

She literally opens his mind to the multiverse by throwing him throw the realms and shattering his tiny mind. Presumably she had some idea that he'd be able to cope with being shown the truth, or this is remarkably irresponsible of her.

Again, the effects are ridiculously effective.
