Besides clever use of Anderson's powers, the existence of psychics isn't dwelled on too much in the first Dredd, so Cursed Earth Asylum would give us a chance to delve into that a little more. A dangerous, incredibly powerful psychic named Soon is being held in an insane asylum in - well done if you guessed this - the Cursed Earth. Except then he escapes, and it's up to Dredd and a team of recruits to find him (like The Hunting Party!) The third twist? The cadets all wind up dead, and Dredd is framed as the murderer...
