In two separate sequences, Tommy can be seen running through Dunkirk town, and a fleet of soldiers are fleeing from an unseen enemy, with the right-most soldier on the below image appearing to take a bullet from the enemy.

Again, the utter desperation here is sold superbly, and it appears that apart from the actual evacuation itself, audiences can probably expect a town-set shootout of some kind.
