The titles are informed by 2001: A Space Odyssey, Faster Pussycat, Kill! Kill! and Sesame Street. The slides behind each actor are symbolic of their character for example Wallace gets cellphone bars, Julie gets black boxes and Stacey gets something similar to pouring coffee.
