Scott's pee-bar is often suggested as a reference to Postal 2s own regenerating ability to pee, but those more dedicated to video game history - and fans of British comedian Adrian Edmondson might know that the first game to feature a pee-bar - then referred to in-game as the Weeometer, was obscure simulator How To Be A Complete Bast*rd. But it's probably the Postal 2 thing, to be honest.
