Every DCEU Movie Ranked From Worst To Best (So Far)
1. Wonder Woman
Though none of the DCEU's movies can really be called great, Wonder Woman certainly flirts with greatness on occasion, and is never less than a solidly enjoyable comic book origin story.
With a script and direction that play to Gal Gadot's strengths while covering for her acting limitations, Wonder Woman is a highly entertaining period superhero flick that succeeds thanks to its lighter tone, fantastic supporting cast (especially Chris Pine) and character-driven approach.
However, the movie makes the usual DCEU mistake of overdoing the blurry CGI nonsense in act three, ending things on a bit of a whimper after two far stronger reels.
Patty Jenkins will hopefully chill out with the corny speed-ramping effects for Wonder Woman 1984, which will probably end up comfortably taking the #2 spot on this list in 2020.
