3. Peter Parker - Spider-Man Home Trilogy

Before we got Tom Holland as Spider-Man, we already had two versions of the Web-slinger in the beloved Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield, meaning that the Spidey who would fill the void of the character in the MCU had a lot to live up to. Luckily, Tom Holland delivered.

It was clear from his first appearance in Civil War that this Spider-Man would be much more child-like than what we’ve seen before, with his goofy attitude and naïve nature being at the center of Civil War.

While Homecoming and Far From Home expanded on the character significantly, it wasn’t until No Way Home that we truly got to see the character turn into the Spider-Man he was always destined to be.

Peter Parker went through some lifechanging events here, including the death of his mother figure, the loss of MJ, and even the loss of his own identity. He was forced to live the life of a broke Peter by the end of the film and make it out on his own as classic Spider-Man.

He’s a well-written character whose past trauma helped build him up and turn him into who he is, making Tom Holland an amazing Spider-Man.
