35. Mr Bullion - The World Is Not Enough

Mr Bullion (Clifford Price) is an associate of Valentin Zukovsky (Robbie Coltrane) who was in fact a double-agent for main villain Elektra King (Sophie Marceau). He tries to kill Zukovsky and Bond with a suitcase bomb shortly before the film's finale, but they survive.

He encounters the boss he betrayed at Elektra King's hideout. He sees Valentin and nervously exclaims that he is so happy to see him. Valentin replies "Me too." and then shoots him. Bullion wasn't much of a character, but that scene is excellent.
