30. Alex Dimitrios - Casino Royale

Casino Royale did have quite a problem with side-villains. There are a bunch of characters who pop up and exit again all too quickly.

Alex Dimitrios (Simon Abkarian), a Greek associate of Le Chiffre, is yet another under-developed character who's only memorable for his death; he is stabbed by Bond, and his body is placed on a chair in a human body exhibition.

It's not exactly flattering that his wife Solange (Caterina Murino), is a more interesting character than he is despite merely being a sacrificial lamb Bond Girl.
