14. Gobinda - Octopussy

The main henchman of main villain Kamal Khan (Louis Jordan) is yet another super-strong henchman, but there are two main differences that set him apart. Firstly, Gobinda (Kabir Bedi) is Indian instead of European and secondly, he's one of the best examples of this type of character.

Played with murderous intensity by Kabir Bedi, Gobinda always feels like a threat and is made even more hateful when he leads the murder of Vijay (Vijay Amritraj), a very likeable Bond sidekick.

Formulaic as he is, he's easily the best villain in Octopussy.
