18. Kamal Khan - Octopussy

Kamal Khan (Louis Jordan) is the other main villain in Octopussy and he's helping General Orlov with his demented plan to detonate a nuke at a US air-base.

As a character, Khan, an exiled Afghan prince now involved in smuggling, is under-used, under-written and just a bit of a bore all-around. He is raised up a bit by some neat one-liners and a very solid performance by Louis Jordan, who gives the character a nice sense of understated menace.

Therefore, he's a mid-tier lead Bond villain.
