Max Denbigh (Andrew Scott), crudely nicknamed 'C' by Bond (a way of dropping the C-word in a 12/PG-13-rated film), is decent as suited villains go.

The reveal that he was working with Blofeld is painfully obvious from the moment he appears, but Andrew Scott, who is as brilliant as he always is, elevates the character significantly with his strong performance and his speech about his motivations is actually alright.
