37. Mercenaries In The Long Grass - The Lost World: Jurassic Park

This is quite a similar entry to the last, in that it comes in the wake of the T-Rex attacking the group on Isla Sorna in The Lost World, and comes just after the first poor guy was trampled to death.

As they burst out from the trees and into an open clearing, the group headed straight into almost shoulder-high long grass. No one really thought about what might be hiding in there, but it's fair to say that their minds were somewhat preoccupied with the gigantic T-Rex that was pursuing them.

With a clear head, it's easy to see that heading into the long grass wasn't a good idea, particularly as Ajay (Harvey Jason) was screaming for them not to, just as Ian Malcolm tried to get everyone to stay still when the Rex first attacked. 

However, there were no minds that were clear of intense panic and fear; there was really nowhere else to go, and even Ajay eventually headed into the long grass as the Raptors stealthily hunted down and killed at least six people, possibly including Ajay himself.
