20. Ghost - Ant-Man and the Wasp

Ghost only really qualifies as a villain if you slightly readjust what’s meant by the term. She’s more like an antagonist because she drives the plot, but her motivation doesn’t really make her a bad guy in the normal sense.

She’s slightly underused, even with that complexity because there’s just so many other elements standing in the way of Scott Lang and his team’s progress. It would have been good if we could have seen her complexity explored a bit more, but it’s not like she’s a particularly bad character.

It’s just quite hard to say much about her either way and she’s likely to be one of the more forgettable MCU characters in the end.
