30. Georges Batroc - Captain America: The Winter Soldier

He might not have been in The Winter Soldier for a great deal of time, but George St-Pierre's Batroc The Leaper was an impressive part of the opening sequence thanks to his savage fight with Captain America. Buoyed by St-Pierre's UFC skills, he looked the part in battle and he was capable of pulling off some impressive fight choreography.

He's also an improvement on his presentation in the comics, removing the stereotypical elements and defining him mostly by singular brutality, and very little dialogue. He's also one of the only opponents of Captain America who has looked like he'd stand shoulder-to-shoulder with him in a fight, even without super serum.
He disappears fairly quickly, but he still leaves a mark.
