Even though Marvel tried to play coy with Spider-Man's future after Infinity War's tragic finale, it didn't last and the fact that we knew that a sequel was coming already has partly blunted the emotional impact of that otherwise excellent MCU moment.
And while there were questions over how Marvel and Sony would even market a movie starring a currently dead guy, it looks like they're just going to ignore it entirely for now. Hence us getting the title announcement in typically cheeky Tom Holland fashion.
On top of the title, we also had casting news and rumours of villains like Mysterio and Chameleon involved, as well as the news that it's going to be partly set in Europe.
