Back in 2011, the Blade movie rights reverted back to Marvel and since then they've sat on them, allowing Wesley Snipes to periodically tweet vague things to get fans excited and letting some rumours out about potential movies and TV shows.
The last we really heard was in June 26, 2017, when Kevin Feige expressed interest in using Blade in the MCU:
"We think it would be cool, Someday".
Jon Watts has also hinted he'd like to use Blade in a Spider-Man sequel, but that's considerably less likely than a solo outing.
Will It Happen?
The problem for Blade is that it's so far removed from the MCU's mythology. But the mention of vampires in Thor: Ragnarok does suggest they exist in some form in the MCU's universe, so there is at least SOME precedent to use as a launch-pad.
For now, a legacy character TV show feels more likely than a movie, but there's definitely scope for Marvel to pull off a shock and do something a bit more left-field with a movie.
