38. Captain America (1990)

You've heard of a "so bad it's good" movie - well, here's a "so bad it's good that nobody's heard of this" movie.

This bizarre 1990 movie reimagines Steve Rogers as a chilled-out beach bum who has no qualms about stealing cars if he thinks it'll get him out of a bind. It's poorly made, with a terrible script, and altogether too dull to even be an interesting curio.

The costumes also defy explanation, with the Captain America mask including weird rubber ears for some reason. Stand up for practical effects over CGI all you like, but seeing Red Skull with a nose is never a good look.
