7. Triplets of Terror

The House:

The Barmy Triplets are throwing a birthday party. Part of the celebrations includes recreating the murders they carried out on their family members years ago.

The Verdict:

The Barmy Triplets certainly had a bloody birthday. A slasher house at HHN is always fun and this one was definitely a good one. Being three slashers, it did feel like they were everywhere and could pop out at any moment.

The costumes were fun and were definitely reminiscent of a grungier version of The Purge. There was gore and dirty settings that gave a slight Texas Chainsaw Massacre vibe at times. It even had a section that would be very familiar to true crime fans.

HHN fans might also notice a prop from a past house. I'll give you a hint it's in the opening facade area. The Barmy's house number is even a nod to this year's HHN.

Triplets of Terror was a strong house and I'd have been happy to go through it multiple times to really take in the story,
