40. Genies

Like the Snow White spin-off already mentioned, Disney are apparently developing a Genie-focused prequel alongside Aladdin as announced back in 2015.
Putting aside concerns about demystifying the character, the entertaining-sounding comedy prequel will tell the story of how Aladdin's genie ended up in the lamp originally, introducing other genies and leading directly into the live-action Aladdin.
It's a strange one - made more difficult to take by Robin Williams' death - but if they get it right, it might work wonderfully.
39. It's A Small World

Status: It's all gone very quiet.
As is to be expected, Disney are working on adaptations of their Disneyland rides, and It's A Small World is one of the titles we know has been pushed into production in some way.
Back in April 2014, a feature film franchise - not just a film - focused on the ride was announced as in the works, with Jon Turteltaub directing, Jared Stern writing and Dan Lin producing. Other than that, there's very little known, but it's a hard sell right now.
