4. Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse Female Spin-Off

It's going to need a catchier title, that's for sure.
As well as the delightful announcement that Into The Spider-Verse's comparatively disappointing box office returns (seriously, go and see the sequel in the cinema if you want more of this sort of film), Sony revealed that they were working on a female-centric Spider-Verse film as well.

On top of the return of Spider-Gwen (who is also returning for the straight sequel), the spin-off, which will be directed by Lauren Montgomery (who has overseen several of Warner Bros' animated DC movies), will feature Jessica Drew/Spider-Woman and Cindy Moon/Silk. Expect there to be others too, but for now, this is all already very exciting.
