Last week, it was announced that Kate Mara, Jamie Bell, Michael B. Jordan, and Miles Teller would be taking on the roles of Susan Storm, Ben Grimm, Johnny Storm, and Reed Richards in the upcoming Fantastic Four reboot. The initial reaction to this news went something like "SAY WHAT?!," mainly due to the unlikely casting of Jamie Bell as rock-faced loudmouth "The Thing." Though 20th Century Fox are clearly going for a new direction here... seriously: Billy Elliot? Still, now that we've had time to adjust to this news, you can kind of see where the studio are headed with this one; we're looking at a cooler, sexier Fantastic Four - a crimefightin' team who will presumably enjoy snarky pop cultural references and Twitter mentions just as much as they'll enjoy facing off against... well, Doctor Doom, presumably? Though it hasn't been officially announced yet, it's probably safe to presume that the Four will battle their arch-nemesis. Julian McMahon played Doctor Doom twice in those not very not good "these are aimed at children" movie incarnations of the Fantastic Four, of course - and though he did an all right job, his performance didn't exactly resonate with fans of the comic book - maybe it's because the movies themselves were so Godawful? Still, assuming that Doctor Doom will be the one to do bad things to our heroes in the upcoming reboot, here's 10 actors who could do him justice...
