Get A Proper Look At The Sokovia Accords From Captain America: Civil War

I thought there'd be more pages.

Someone out there has got their hands on the Marvel Studios Phase Two Box Set, and contained within is an awesome treat for fans. It's a page from the Sokovia Accords, the MCU's answer to the Superhuman Registration Act. Exciting stuff - this is the document that is going to split our heroes down the middle and have them start their very own Civil War in next year's Captain America threequel of the same name; take a look at scooper @TonyRogers2015's tweet below. https://twitter.com/TonyRogers2015/status/671830871385616384 For those without hawk eyes, it says;

"In accordance with the document at hand, I hereby certify that the below mentioned participants, peoples and individuals, shall no longer operate freely or unregulated, but instead operate under the rules, ordinances and governances of the afore mentioned United Nations panel, acting only when and if the panel deems it appropriate and/or necessary."
Ultimately, this is all taken from a freebie found in a Blu-ray; I mean, it has a damn Marvel copyright logo on the bottom right-hand corner there. The actual version in the film may be slightly different - we've already seen from the trailer that the Accords are roughly the size of a Windows 95 User Manual.
What fans should take away from this is generalisations, really. It's the UN imposing the sanctions (that much could have been confirmed by the above screengrab). It's The Avengers who are targeted, as evidenced by the signature spaces for Cap, Iron Man, War Machine Hawkeye, Widow, Vision and Scarlet Witch. I think this all adds more fuel to the (already-raging) fire that this is going to be a relatively close-knit war; don't expect there to be any cameos from Marvel's TV output, like Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Quake or Mockingbird. It's frankly too soon for all that, which is a shame. Part of me thinks they should have held off on Civil War till Phase Four, when they had more of an established roster to work with - because as it stands, they could call this one Captain America: Civil Battle. Captain America: Civil War is released in the UK on 29 April 2016 and in the US on 6 May.
