We don't get a voiceover intro for Melissa McCarthy's Abby Yates, Erin's co-author of that much derided book, instead there's a rather failed comedy beat where she claims "We can provide a real service here" before leaning against one of Holtzmann's experiments and giving herself a shock. Ha? On a side note though, that helmet she's wearing is kinda cool - it's a shout-out to Louis Tully's similar headwear from the original.
