6. Elijah Kills A Guy...With A Piece Of Glass

It's clear that Shyamalan is no master of subtle storytelling, and this is perhaps evidenced no better than in the preposterous scene where Elijah kills one of his abusive hospital orderlies with - you guessed it - a shard of glass.

And just in case you somehow hadn't caught the genius of the filmmaker's writing, he even cuts back to a moment from earlier in the movie, where Price introduces himself to The Beast as, "First name Mister, last name Glass."

We get it, M. Night. Christ.
