6. "Hidden Fences"
Two movies having moments on the awards scene this year are Hidden Figures and Fences. Both are stories that chronicle black lives, though that's pretty much where the similarities ended. Unfortunately, however, people couldn't stop mixing them up.

Presenter Jenna Bush was the first to make the gaffe, interviewing Hidden Figures producer Pharell about his work on "Hidden Fences." Once in a night is bad enough, but it then happened again. This time, it was Michael Keaton to slip-up, announcing Octavia Spencer as a nominee for, yep, "Hidden Fences."
