10. Shazad Latif

Outside of Star Trek: Discovery, Latif's other works are not the most well known.

His character in Discovery is one of the most interesting and complex - due in no small part to his performance. Yet, because of how the actor has primarily been a part of TV projects, it seems that he has been overlooked for movie roles, even despite his talent and leading man look.

Latif would make a very good serious version of Warlock, his tortured character from the aforementioned Star Trek series being a good basis for a character who will presumably start off as a sort of antagonist and later turn into a full on hero.

Basically, Marvel should do what they do best and pluck a relatively unknown out of the shadow, and thrust them right into the spotlight.
