2. The Baby Groot Bomb Scene

This was another stand-out scene from the trailer that helped put Marvel fans in a state of utter anticipation for the full film. And not only did it deliver on everything that made it funny in the previews, but it's also much, much better in the final cut.

We get the exchange between Rocket and Groot, in which the former does everything he can to explain how exactly to carry out the bomb plan, all while Baby Groot is being, well, Baby Groot.

Rocket then exclaims about wanting to put tape over the button Groot isn't supposed to push and rants to Peter about needing said tape. Peter then proceeds to fly around the underground war zone with potential death around every corner and ask every single member of the group individually if they have tape on them.

To Rocket's further annoyance, no one has any and more bickering between him and Peter ensues. Groot then takes the literal atomic bomb and cheerfully runs off with it, leaving Rocket nothing to do but simply come to the sad reality that his plan now hinges on dumb luck.
