How Likely Is It?: This makes a ton of sense considering how the marketing hasn't pointed towards a single, clear villain yet, and while Ayesha doesn't exactly seem like the nicest of folks, her placement could easily be a work of misdirection.
Plus, the trailers have shown off the Guardians floating around a gigantic planet, which could very well be Ego's transformation back into his planetary form, and would provide a convenient means for Peter's real father to be revealed later.
