5. Drax's Daughter Is Still Alive

The Theory: In spite of Drax's belief that his wife and daughter were killed by Ronan, his daughter Kamaria was in fact spared and raised by Thanos, as would be revealed to Drax during the film.

The Truth: Thankfully this was just nutty fan conjecture. The only passing mention of his daughter is when Drax briefly opens up to Mantis about the anguish of his loss.

Again, considering how many other family threads the film had to balance, hurling Drax's improbably-alive daughter into the mix would have just been too much.

Plus, with Thanos being totally absent from the movie, the impact of the reveal would probably feel quite lacking as a result.
