Nebula has a lot of issues with her family. She's already confessed she wants to see Thanos dead, and now her jealousy at the "favoured daughter" Gamora is spilling out to such an extent that she's literally trying to kill her with a spaceship.

Nice little North By Northwest reference in there too...

And it's actually this sequence that sees Gamora plummet off the cliff, as opposed to the Milano crashing, as some (me) had suspected from the second trailer...
