8. Kraglin

Why He Might Die

Mostly just because he's completely expendable - to the point that he mostly just sat out Infinity War and Endgame (bar a very brief cameo) and nobody seemed bothered about his mysterious disappearance from the crew.

Kraglin's a great supporting character, but over-developing him is unlikely, so he'll always be a tiny bit precariously placed.

Why He Could Survive

Crucially, his death probably wouldn't mean anything. Gunn has a thing about killing for impact, even if his comments suggest he has a semi-conscious agenda to kill because comic books do it. That's not really what he's saying, but some might interpret it that way.

Also, would James Gunn really kill his own brother?
