Harry Potter: 10 Reasons A Quidditch Movie Makes Complete Sense

Harry Potter - the boy who lived; he started in the imagination of J.K. Rowling on a train to Scotland. The rest, as they say, is history - that one idea was the beginning of the epic journey for Harry Potter, and the legions of international fans, spawning 7 books, 8 movies, a theme park in Florida, and has generated billions of dollars for many entities. J.K. has stated that writing the Quidditch scenes were the most difficult for her; the fans and special effects people are delighted that she bothered to see them through. A game played on broomsticks, with 7 players, 3 balls, which keeps going until somebody wins - how can you not love that? The phenomena, which is Harry Potter, shows no signs of slowing down; the Wizarding World of Harry Potter theme park has announced expansion plans, J.K. is writing a new book, which takes place years before Harry was born, and there is an international Quidditch World Cup being played in South Carolina next April - this Muggle version originated at Vermont's Middlebury College in 2005!
