10. "You'll Float Too"

Bill encounters a vision of young Georgie while walking around his house, and his desperate obsession to believe that Georgie's alive causes him to follow it to the flooded basement.

Georgie asks his brother to join him, repeatedly stating "You'll float too" with increased aggression as his face begins to rot, and Pennywise emerges out of the water.

He eventually launches himself towards Bill, who just barely manages to escape from the basement in time.

Though the trailers showed most of this scene off ahead of time, they smartly didn't reveal the decomposed Georgie, presumably because the CGI wasn't complete yet. Either way, it was a nice touch for the final movie.
