In this rare photo, we see the entire Bailey clan, including Zuzu "Everytime a bell rings" Bailey (Karolyn Grimes). What's interesting about this photo is the home, of which the Baileys are standing in front, doesn't look like their home from the actual film. It's possible this photo was taken before the filmmakers decided on what the house was going to look like. The photographer may also just wanted any old backdrop. This photo also foreshadows the concept of the "nuclear family" that would become prevalent in the 1950s. What I like about this photo is how it looks like an authentic family photo, which I think owes a lot the aforementioned every man quality that James Stewart had.
