The lyrics arent up to much, its just not memorable- hell, its the kind of thing to catch people out in a pub quiz (What? I swear she only did two!). Its not Bassey at her best, so for poor lyrics and a great singer not on top form, its a bit of crummy footnote to her later entries.

Artist: LuluFilm: The Man With The Golden GunIt does the job- it references the title and the villain (in one go!), and feels dangerous and exciting but not enough. I used to absolutely adore this theme tune, but listening to it recently, its kind of a let-down. Lulus voice isnt powerful enough in comparison to Jones, Adele, Turner or Bassey, and the song is kind of light on the ground. Its not rich, rather it feelscanny? (I think thats the word Im looking for)
