15. William Street

Relatively early on in the film, Arthur takes a gun and prepares to rob Gotham Savings Bank, only to talk himself out of it at the last minute.

The shot of him walking towards the bank was filmed on William Street in Lower Manhattan's Financial District, as indicated by a street sign, a location which has considerable history across Batman movies.

For starters, Batman Forever used the street to double for Gotham City's concrete jungle, and most memorably, The Dark Knight Rises staged many key sequences - namely the Wall Street chase and the final battle - in and around the street.
