18. Franklin = The Franchise's Jar Jar Binks
The trailers hinted at the possibility that Claire's tech expert Franklin (Justice Smith) might be a bit annoying, but as it turns out, he's basically the Jurassic Park franchise's Jar Jar Binks.

Constantly trembling with fear about the various terrors on the island and screeching his head off at every possible sign of danger, he's a migraine-inducingly obnoxious inclusion who should've been trimmed in the script's drafting stage.
He adds virtually nothing to the movie beyond irritation, and considering that he basically disappears out of the film in act three anyway, erasing him would've been so incredibly easy.

Knowing Trevorrow, though, he'll just double down and bring him back for the next one.
