Comic book purists will probably cringe at what I€™m about to reveal: one of my all-time favourite Justice League moments of all time was actually a set-piece in an episode of the Justice League Unlimited cartoon, which is unique to TV. I know! Sacrilege right?! In the episode €œDivided We Fall€, Brainiac has merged with an unsuspecting Lex Luthor, creating a threat that may just be greater than any the Justice League has faced. After each member is incapacitated, The Flash appears to turn around and run away. €œWhat a coward!€ you think for a moment€ but only for a moment. Check it out, it€™s seriously awesome: http://youtu.be/NBJPDruqZSI What a god damn victory, am I right? I can€™t be the only one who thinks that this, shot as part of a live action movie, could just be the perfect ending, right? Not only would it look unbelievably awesome, it€™d also surprise everyone. Because let€™s be honest, we€™re all expecting Superman or Batman to win the day right? But they€™re already established, people already love them in the mainstream. But ending the Justice League movie this way could give the Flash the popularity he needs to be able to finally support his own modern movie property.
