Emma Watson is quickly becoming the quintessential British actress and may well be one of the best-known women on this list, after her performance as Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter series. But Watson has grown since the start of that series, maturing into a beautiful and glamorous young woman and branching out in terms of her choices of roles, most notably in Perks of a Wallflower, which served her character, Sam, with plenty of emotional scenes, allowing her to flex the acting muscles that would allow her to pull off one of the most difficult parts around, that of Kate Middleton. Even a quick glance can reveal that Emma Watson definitely has the looks that are necessary for her to be able to pull off the part with aplomb, and it was clear from the very first Harry Potter film that she had the accent covered, I'd fully believe her as a member of royalty and it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if I saw her announced in the role by the time the biopic inevitably comes around.
