2. Jordan Belfort - The Wolf Of Wall Street (2013)
Jordan Belfort is an absolutely disgusting man, showcasing the worst of corporate America's greed. DiCaprio captures that perfectly, but yet also manages to make him utterly hilarious in his and Scorsese's most recent collaboration, which is their best to-date. The Wolf of Wall St is three-hours long, but at no point does it start to drag or feel even close to that running time. The reason for that is DiCaprio. While the audience knows they're supposed to hate Belfort, DiCaprio just cuts loose and absolutely goes for it, never letting up in his performance while giving a masterclass in physical comedy. He's arrogant, he's smart, he's a complete bastard, but he's earning himself and others a lot of money and he is absolutely convinced that it is his God-given right to do that. In Titantic he yelled that he was the King of the World; in The Wolf of Wall Street, he acts like it.
