This shot sees a change of location and a change of clothes, making it slightly harder to place. It looks like it's inside of a motel, so it's reasonable to believe this happens when Logan and Laura are on the run from the Reavers, and have then been tracked down.

Wherever exactly it is, Wolverine is ready for action, claws-bared, and I would not want to be the guy he's looking at. Up until this point much of the trailer showed him out-of-action, so it's good to see him finally ready to cut loose.
