As Thanos' servant in The Avengers, The Other provided the threats to Loki that would befall him should his plan with the Tesseract fail.

He reappeared in Guardians Of The Galaxy during Ronan's face-to-face with Thanos, briefly attempting to command Ronan to reel in his bubbling temper only for the Kree to shut him up once and for all by turning his head clean around.
